Onboarding Manager
The Onboarding Manager ensures new clients are seamlessly integrated into HPT Group's service framework. You will manage the collection of KYC documentation, coordinate with banking partners and service providers, and track the progress of each onboarding mandate.
The Role
The Onboarding Manager ensures new clients are seamlessly integrated into HPT Group's service framework. You will manage the collection of KYC documentation, coordinate with banking partners and service providers, and track the progress of each onboarding mandate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client onboarding process from engagement to delivery
- Collect and verify KYC and AML documentation
- Coordinate with banks, registered agents and formation providers
- Track and report on onboarding milestones for each client
- Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, banking, or financial services onboarding
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML documentation requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client mandates simultaneously
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
