We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our portfolio of asset protection, FinTech solutions, citizenship & residency programmes, and tax residency support services. This role is suited to someone who understands complex, high-value services and knows how to convert qualified interest into long-term client relationships.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first call through to onboarding handover, working closely with leadership, compliance, and operations to ensure deals are closed cleanly, correctly, and with trust at the forefront.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales strategy across asset protection, FinTech services, global residency, and tax structuring solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead qualification, discovery, consultation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified, high-net-worth and international clients.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess eligibility, risk profiles, and solution fit in coordination with compliance and advisory teams.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine targeting, lead quality, funnels, and conversion performance.
- Manage forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene with precision and consistency.
- Identify new market opportunities, jurisdictions, and strategic partnership channels.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, ethics, and regulatory awareness across all sales activity.
- Ensure smooth handover of closed clients into onboarding and operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in high-ticket B2B or HNW sales within asset protection, FinTech, banking, legal, residency, tax, or advisory environments.
- Strong understanding of regulated, compliance-driven sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and consultation skills with senior-level clients.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-step deals.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and trust-led selling approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-border services is a strong advantage.
