These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by HPT Group Limited and its affiliated entities under the HPT Holdings Limited, including but not limited to HPT Group Limited any related subsidiaries or associated service providers (collectively referred to as “HPT Group”).
These Terms are binding upon any party that engages HPT Group for the provision of corporate, financial, legal structuring, or administrative services — including, without limitation, any administered entity, or any individual or legal person acting as a beneficial owner, shareholder, director, officer, trustee, settlor, protector, or connected person in relation to such entity.
By engaging our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms, which govern your relationship with HPT and the manner in which services are provided.
