01Sanctioned persons and countries
We do not act for, or on matters connected with, persons, entities or countries subject to UN, UK, EU, US or Hong Kong sanctions.
02Opacity as the purpose
We do not design or maintain structures whose purpose is to hide ownership or income from a bank, a regulator or a tax authority.
03Bearer shares
We do not form, hold or administer companies with bearer shares, or structures that rely on them.
04Unexplained source of funds
We do not proceed where the source of the funds or wealth involved cannot be explained and evidenced.
05US persons
We do not act for US citizens, US tax residents or US green card holders.
Restricted
Matters we accept after enhanced due diligence
Enhanced due diligence means further evidence of identity, ownership and source of funds, and approval by a director before work starts. We may still decline.
01iGaming
Licensed operators and suppliers only, in jurisdictions where the activity is lawful. We review the licence, the target markets and the payment flows.
02Crypto and digital assets
We review the origin of the assets, wallet history where relevant, and the licensing position of the business and its counterparties.
03Politically exposed persons
We accept politically exposed persons, their family members and close associates only after enhanced checks on source of wealth, and with director approval.
04Multi-layer trusts and complex structures
Where a structure has several layers of trusts or companies, we need to understand and document the reason for each layer and identify every beneficial owner.
