Licensing
MLRO and AML compliance
An MLRO or compliance officer for your firm, provided or introduced, with the AML framework, policies, risk assessment and training a regulator expects.
Regulated firms and funds need a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), sometimes a deputy, and an anti-money laundering framework the regulator will accept. We provide or introduce a qualified MLRO or compliance officer suited to your regulator and size, and build the framework around them: the business-wide risk assessment, policies and procedures, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, suspicious activity reporting and staff training. Where the role must be held by someone resident or approved locally, we introduce a qualified provider in that jurisdiction.
